Workout and meal plans that change every morning
One line
Liftor is an iPhone app that reads how you slept, trained and recovered each morning, then rewrites today’s workout, meals and rest to match.
Short
A training plan works for the week it was written for, then the week changes. Liftor fixes that. A one-minute morning check-in and Apple Health go in; today’s session, meals and rest come out, with a note on what changed and why. Training, food and recovery in one app, reading the same morning.

What it does

A one-minute check-in each morning (mood, motivation, energy, stress, hours of sleep, soreness by muscle group) rewrites the day’s workout, meals and recovery.

It reads sleep, resting heart rate and HRV from Apple Health when allowed.

The coach is an AI: the plan, its daily rewrites, meal plans, recipes and shopping lists are written by AI language models.

A readiness score weighs sleep 25%, the check-in 25%, HRV against your own baseline 15%, the last 48 hours of training 15%, resting heart rate 10% and yesterday’s nutrition 7%.

Weight goes up by double progression, only when the top set ended with at least two reps in reserve.

A deload, about 40% less volume, is proposed when soreness, volume and readiness agree.

Food is logged by photo, or by voice from the iPhone lock screen.

Calorie targets start from Mifflin–St Jeor and your activity level, then adjust by ±100 kcal a day from your seven-day weight trend; protein is set at 1.8 g/kg, 2.2 g/kg when gaining.

Blend: two people on different plans train one session together, each at their own loads.

The Strength Score scales five lifts by bodyweight, and its formula is published.

Four PDF exports: shopping list, daily meal plan, health summary, progress since day one.

No feed, no badges, no step counting.

Each step, with its numbers, is on how it works; the full list is on features.
